•Note that Neptune Tower, Torrent River, Splashers Island, and Splashers Mountain are currently undergoing maintenance until further notice.
•Locker and towel rentals are available inside the park.
•Outside food, beverages, alcohol, and glassware are not permitted. Bags may be subject to inspection upon entry.
•Appropriate swimwear is required at all times. Transparent swimwear, underwear, denim, beach thongs, and very loose clothing such as abayas or dishdash are not permitted on rides or in pools. Headscarves must be securely fastened.
•Regular nappies/diapers are not permitted in pools or attractions. Swim diapers are available for purchase in gift shops throughout the park.
•During peak periods such as school holidays, winter holidays, and Easter, waiting times for attractions may be longer. AquaXpress fast passes may be purchased at the entrance or guest service kiosks, subject to availability.
•Certain attractions may temporarily close during severe weather conditions for guest safety. Refunds are not provided for weather-related closures.
•Operating hours and attraction schedules may change without prior notice. Guests are advised to check the attraction’s official website for the latest updates before visiting.

Ticket Selection:
•Please ensure the correct ticket type is selected based on both age and height requirements.
•Child Ticket: Valid for children aged 3–7 years and under 1.2m in height. Children aged 3–7 years who are taller than 1.2m must purchase an Adult Ticket.
•Adult Ticket: Required for guests aged 8 years and above, or anyone 1.2m or taller.
•Children aged 2 years and under can enter free of charge. Some attractions may have additional height restrictions.
Voucher Redemption:
•Guests must present their voucher at the Customer Service Desk to exchange it for an entry ticket.
•Vouchers may be shown either digitally on a mobile device or as a printed copy, provided the QR code and voucher code are clearly visible.
•Please proceed to the Customer Service Desk upon arrival to complete the ticket exchange process.
Aquaventure Super Pass:
•Super Pass tickets must first be redeemed at Aquaventure Waterpark in order to access both Aquaventure and The Lost Chambers Aquarium.
•Guests must keep their wristband after entering Aquaventure to gain access to the aquarium afterward.
•To avoid delays, it is recommended to visit The Lost Chambers Aquarium between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
•Aquaventure Waterpark closes at 5:30 PM, so guests are encouraged to plan their visit accordingly to enjoy all attractions.
