•Duration: 15–20 minutes preparation and briefing. 20–30 minutes in the water
•Guests are allowed to take photos and videos during the experience.
•Professional photos will also be available for purchase after the experience.
•Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry without refund if an incorrect ticket type (adult or child) is selected.
•Weather Policy: In case of severe weather conditions, the attraction may close temporarily for safety reasons. Refunds are not provided due to weather disruptions.

•Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled experience time.
• A valid passport or government-issued photo ID matching the booking name must be presented for entry.
•Vouchers are valid only on the selected date and cannot be amended. Failure to present a valid ID will result in denied entry without a refund.
•Guests must be 6 years and above to participate. All participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a participating, paying adult (18+).
•Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate.
•Guests with serious medical conditions should carefully assess their suitability before booking.
•The operator reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest is deemed unfit for the experience.
