Important information
Shared tour: other guests will be on board.
Arrival and departure: Arrive 30 minutes early and tell the operations team you’ve arrived. The yacht departs on time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated and are not refunded.
Shoes: Please remove your footwear when boarding.
Dress: Wear comfortable clothing such as shorts, a T-shirt and slippers.
Swimming: Not permitted. There is no time allocated for swimming.
Alcohol: Not allowed on board.
Children: Children under 2 may join but must stay in the saloon or cabin area with an adult. Children under 9 must wear a life jacket throughout.
Vessel and route: The vessel may be substituted with one of similar size. The route and photo stops may vary with weather, sea conditions and the captain’s decision.
Seating: Unreserved. Upper deck access is subject to availability.

For bookings of more than 5 guests, please contact your booking partner before booking to check availability. We’ll do our best to help, subject to availability.
Arrival and check-in:

Check-in closes 15 minutes before departure, and boarding starts 10 minutes before departure.

Bring your booking confirmation (on your phone or printed) and a valid ID.
On board:
Footwear must be removed before boarding.
Lifejackets are available on board. Children under 9 must wear one throughout the cruise.
Children under 2 may join but must stay in the saloon or cabin area with an adult.
Alcohol is not allowed on board.
Swimming is not permitted.
The yacht or catamaran may be changed depending on weather and group size, so that everyone has enough space and a smooth ride.
Timings, weather and cancellations:
Tour timings may change with the season. If they do, we’ll tell you in advance and offer you the option to reschedule.
The tour depends on weather and on approvals from the Coastguard and National Guard. For safety, the supplier may cancel or reschedule at any time, and we’ll do our best to notify you in advance.
If the tour is cancelled because of weather, official restrictions or operational reasons, you’ll be offered a new date or a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of the booked tour. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
