•Reschedules are only possible if the booking is first cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
•All guests must present their valid ticket upon entry.
•Each guest must present their own individual QR code for admission.
•Children must always be supervised by an adult or a responsible person aged 16 or above.
•Adults are fully responsible for the care, supervision, and conduct of children in their care.
•Guests must follow all posted and verbal safety instructions provided by The Green Planet Dubai team members.
•Respectful attire must be worn at all times. Management reserves the right to refuse entry for inappropriate clothing.
•No flash photography is permitted inside the facility.
•Food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue.
•Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The venue is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
•Guests must not touch, feed, handle, or harass any plants or animals within the facility.
•The facility maintains a controlled environment of approximately 24–27°C with around 75% humidity.
•The Green Planet reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour may pose a safety risk or disrupt operations.
•The venue may close temporarily for maintenance or private events without prior notice.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before booked date. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
