• Locker and towel rentals are available inside the park. • Outside food and beverages, alcohol, and glassware are not permitted. Bags may be subject to inspection upon entry. • Appropriate swimwear is required at all times. Transparent swimwear, underwear, denim, beach thongs and very loose clothing such as abayas or dishdash are not permitted on rides or in pools. Headscarves must be securely fastened. • Regular nappies/diapers are not permitted in pools or attractions. Swim diapers are available for purchase at gift shops throughout the park. • During peak periods, including school holidays, winter holidays, and Easter, waiting times for attractions may be longer than usual. AquaXpress fast passes may be purchased at the entrance or guest service kiosks, subject to availability. • Certain attractions may temporarily close during severe weather conditions for guest safety. No refunds will be provided for weather-related closures. • Waterpark attractions are not recommended for expectant mothers, persons with a history of neck, back, joint or heart problems, or persons overweight or with physically limiting conditions. Guests with injuries (casts, bandages, etc.) or contagious diseases are not permitted at the attractions

• REDEMPTION PROCESS - Upon arrival, proceed to the ticketing counter at the Admission Plaza and present your voucher to exchange it for an admission ticket. You may present the voucher on your phone or as a printed copy, provided the QR code and voucher code are clearly visible. Please bring a valid passport or government-issued photo ID matching the contact name used for the booking. Guests without valid identification may be denied admission and will not be eligible for a refund. The voucher is valid only on the selected event date. Date changes or rescheduling are not permitted after booking. • TICKET SELECTION – Please ensure that the guest's height meets the requirements for the selected ticket. Child Ticket: For children aged 3–7 years and under 1.2 m in height. If a child is 3–7 years old but taller than 1.2 m, an Adult Ticket must be purchased. Adult Ticket: For guests aged 8 years and above and 1.2 m or taller. Children aged 2 years and below enter free of charge. Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if an incorrect adult or child ticket type is selected. • OPERATIONAL TIMINGS - Waterpark: Open daily, 10:00 am–6:00 pm • Lost World Aquarium: Open daily, 11:00 am–8:00 pm • Please note that operating hours may change without prior notice. Check the attraction's website for the latest information. • OTHER - A maximum of 2 children under 12 years old per paying adult is permitted. • Trident Tower: All riders must be a minimum of 1.2 metres (48”) tall to ride Odyssey of Terror, Blackout, and Vortex. For Medusa's Lair, Shockwave and Hydra Racers, riders must be at least 1.07 metres (42”) tall. Children between 1.07 metres (42”) and 1.2 metres (48”) must be accompanied by an adult. • Vortex and Immortal Falls: Recommended for strong swimmers only. • Tower of Neptune: All riders must be a minimum of 1.2 metres (48”) tall to ride. • Tower of Poseidon: All riders must be a minimum of 1.2 metres (48”) tall to ride Poseidon’s Revenge and Slitherine. For Zoomerango and Aquaconda, riders must be a minimum of 1.07 metres (42’’). Children from 1.07 metres (42’’) to 1.2 metres (48’’) are required to be accompanied by an adult.
