•Prohibited Items: Outside food and beverages, glassware, and alcohol are not permitted inside the park. Bags may be subject to inspection.
•Swimwear Requirements: Appropriate swimwear is required at all times.
•Diaper Policy: Regular nappies/diapers are not permitted in pools or attractions. Swim diapers should be used where required.

•Maintenance Notice: Please note that Neptune Tower, Torrent River, Splashers Island, and Splashers Mountain are currently undergoing maintenance until further notice.
•Ticket Selection Requirements: Please select the correct ticket according to the guest’s age and height:
•Child Ticket: Valid for children aged 3–7 years AND under 1.2m in height. Children aged 3–7 years who are taller than 1.2m require an Adult Ticket.
•Adult Ticket: Valid for guests aged 8 years and above AND 1.2m or taller.
Aquaventure Super Pass Redemption:
•Redeem your Super Pass at Aquaventure Waterpark first to access both Aquaventure Waterpark and Lost Chambers Aquarium.
•Keep your wristband safely as it will be required for entry to Lost Chambers Aquarium.
•For a smoother experience, we recommend visiting Lost Chambers Aquarium between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM to avoid potential delays.
•Operating Hours: Aquaventure Waterpark operates until 5:30 PM on weekdays. Extended opening hours are available from Friday to Sunday, with the park open until 8:00 PM, until 31 August.
•Children Policy: Children aged 2 years and under enter free.
•Attraction Restrictions: Some rides and attractions have specific height requirements. Please check the restrictions before planning your visit.
•Voucher Validity: Voucher redemption is only valid on the selected visit date. Date changes are not permitted.
