•Locker & Towel Rentals: Available at the waterpark for an additional charge.
•Prohibited Items: Outside food and beverages, glassware, and alcohol are not permitted inside the park. Bags may be subject to inspection.
•Swimwear Requirements: Appropriate swimwear is required at all times. The following items are not permitted:
•Diaper Policy: Regular nappies/diapers are not permitted in pools or attractions. Swim diapers should be used where required.
•Weather Policy: Some attractions may temporarily close due to severe weather conditions. No refunds will be provided for weather-related closures.
•Operating Hours Updates: Operating hours and attraction availability may change without prior notice. Guests are advised to check the attraction’s official website for the latest updates before visiting.

•Maintenance Notice: Please note that Neptune Tower, Torrent River, Splashers Island, and Splashers Mountain are currently undergoing maintenance until further notice.
•Ticket Selection Requirements: Please select the correct ticket according to the guest’s age and height:
•Child Ticket: Valid for children aged 3–7 years AND under 1.2m in height. Children aged 3–7 years who are taller than 1.2m require an Adult Ticket.
•Adult Ticket: Valid for guests aged 8 years and above AND 1.2m or taller.
•Operating Hours: Aquaventure Waterpark operates until 5:30 PM on weekdays. Extended opening hours are available from Friday to Sunday, with the park open until 8:00 PM, until 31 August.
•Children Policy: Children aged 2 years and under enter free.
•Attraction Restrictions: Some rides and attractions have specific height requirements. Please check the restrictions before planning your visit.
•Voucher Validity: Voucher redemption is only valid on the selected visit date. Date changes are not permitted.
