Spend the morning marvelling at the incredible Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the world's largest mosques and an architectural masterpiece that beautifully combines Islamic architecture and design. Standing over 100 metres tall at its highest point, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque can accommodate an impressive number of over 30,000 worshipers. Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the Founding Founder of the UAE, had the mosque built to create a cultural haven that welcomes and inspires people from all backgrounds.
When your visit to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is complete, you will be transported to visit some of Abu Dhabi's cultural offerings including the Heritage Village, the Date Market and Marjan Gallery. You will also have the opportunity to take a photo the incredible Emirates Palace.
Your afternoon will be spent at the fun and exciting Ferrari World Theme Park on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque:
•Visitors are required to follow the mosque's dress code and respect local customs during their visit.
•Women: A headscarf is required, and clothing must provide full coverage. Shorts, beachwear, and sleeveless outfits are not permitted.
•Abayas are available for purchase for AED 45, if required.
•Men: Long trousers must be worn when visiting the mosque.
•Please ensure you are appropriately dressed before arrival, as admission is subject to the mosque's visitor requirements.
Heritage Village:
•Heritage Village operates according to the following schedule:
•Monday to Thursday & Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
•Friday: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
•Sunday: Closed
•As Heritage Village is closed on Sundays, the tour will not make this stop on Sunday departures.
•No refund will be provided for the omitted Heritage Village stop on Sundays.
Photography & Local Etiquette:
•Please ask for permission before photographing local residents.
•Photography of local women is not permitted.
•Guests are expected to respect local customs, religious traditions, and cultural guidelines throughout the tour.
