•Late arrivals may not be accommodated, so please ensure timely check-in.
•Aquaventure Waterpark closes at 5:30 PM. Plan your visit to enjoy all rides and attractions.
•During school holidays, winter, and Easter periods, longer queue times should be expected.
•AquaXpress passes may be available for purchase at the entrance or inside the park (subject to availability).

•Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time at Shark Lagoon, Neptune Tower, Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark.
•This experience is suitable for guests aged 6 years and above.
•All guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a participating, paying adult (18+).
•Participants must wear appropriate swimwear during the experience.
•Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate.
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of the experience.
