•Professional photography and filming, including engagements, weddings, modelling shoots, TV advertisements, and other organized shoots, require prior approval from the management office.
•Please stay on the designated passages, walkways, and exits.
•Picking flowers is strictly prohibited.
•Cars, balls, scooters, bicycles, hoverboards, and pets are not permitted inside the garden.
•Outside food and beverages are not allowed, and BBQs are prohibited.
•Please dispose of all waste in the designated litter bins.
•Sitting is permitted only in designated areas.
•Guests must follow instructions provided by security personnel during their visit.
•Management reserves the right to remove visitors who engage in misconduct or pose a threat to the flowers, facilities, or other park assets.
•Visitors are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or failure to follow the attraction’s rules.

•Opening hours: Daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
•Tickets are valid for one-time entry only.
•Tickets are valid for one-time use on any operating day until the end of the current season, regardless of the date shown on the ticket. No revalidation is required. The season’s final operating day will be announced closer to the end of the season.
•Entry is through automated E-gates. Simply scan the QR code provided on your voucher.
•Children aged 0 to 3 years enter free of charge.

UAE residents must present a valid Emirates ID.
•Opening and closing times must be observed.
•During severe weather conditions, the attraction may temporarily close for safety reasons. Refunds will not be provided in the event of closure due to inclement weather.
Once purchased, tickets are Non-Refundable. However, they can be used on any day until the last day of the season. The season’s final operating day will be announced closer to the end of the season.
