•Tickets must be collected 15–30 minutes before the booked time slot.
•Guests booked beyond the last ticket slot are advised to arrive earlier to gain access; otherwise, booking may be cancelled if arrival is not possible within operating hours.
The tickets are non-refundable, and amendments will not be possible on these tickets.
