The star attraction of the Palm Jumeirah Mall will offer 360-degree, spectacular, uninterrupted views of The Palm, the Arabian Gulf, and the Dubai skyline, revealing the incredible story behind the making of the island that put Dubai on the global map.
Visitors to The View will start their journey at the roof plaza of the Palm Jumeirah Mall, where they will find an interactive museum and gallery dedicated to the creation of Palm Jumeirah. From there, an elevator, complete with a floor-to-ceiling digital sea, sand, and sky experience, will take them on a 45-second ascent to the observatory at the top of The Palm Tower, where they can marvel at the island beneath them and enjoy breathtaking views. Once visitors have come back down to earth, they can refuel at The View café or browse the gift shop at the Palm Jumeirah Mall rooftop.

•Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before the time shown on the ticket at The View at The Palm.
•Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and remain under their guardian’s responsibility during the visit.
•The entire Level 52 experience is wheelchair accessible; however, the Level 54 “Next Level” experience is only accessible via stairs.
•Food and beverages are not permitted inside the attraction.
•Large bags, shopping bags, and strollers must be stored in lockers near the entrance.
•Booked tickets are valid only for the specific date and time.
•Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged.
