The multi-sensory art experience will include massive transformative artworks, taking guests on a sensory-rich journey that transcends the ordinary. The artworks aim to engage sight, sound, and touch, encouraging guests to expand the way they feel, connect and interact with the world around them.
Sitting at the intersection of art, science, and technology, the artworks do not exist independently; the environment creates various phenomena that become the artwork, offering a dynamic, ever-evolving guest experience and ensuring that no two visits will be the same.
Exhibition Experience:
•Some artworks incorporate water elements. Guests are advised to wear clothing that can get wet or bring a change of clothes if preferred.
•Adults may wish to wear clothing that can be easily rolled up to the knees to avoid getting wet.
•Shoes must be removed before entering designated water-based installations.
•Complimentary lockers are available for storing personal belongings.
Health & Safety:
•The exhibition may contain dark spaces and uneven terrain. Parents and guardians are encouraged to keep children close and supervised at all times.
•Running, rough play, or any disruptive behaviour that may endanger visitors, staff, or artworks is strictly prohibited.
•Flat-soled shoes are required. High heels are not permitted within the exhibition.
•Certain artworks feature UV lighting, flashing lights, and fog effects. Guests who may be sensitive to these elements should exercise caution.
Photography:
•Photography and videography for personal use are welcome.
•Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, flashlights, and similar equipment are not permitted within the exhibition areas.

•Art Undistracted Night (strictly for guests aged 18+ with adult tickets) remains on pause until further notice.

Ticket Information:
•Tickets are date and time-specific and valid only for the selected entry slot.
•No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
•A maximum of 10 guests can be included per booking.
•Children aged 3 years and below enter free of charge.
Visitor Information:
•No outside food or beverages are permitted within the venue.
•The average visit duration is approximately 2.5 hours; however, there is no time limit on your stay during operating hours.
•Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the exhibition.
•By entering teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi, guests consent to the use of photographs and/or audiovisual recordings in which they may appear for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
Family Guidelines:
•Children aged 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
•Certain artworks may have height restrictions for safety reasons. Please check the requirements before entering with children.
